The Early Morning preregistered classes with Pat will take a short hiatus in September and resume again in October at our new location. Please check back near the end of September for the new schedule.

Yoga Education Information Session

On Wednesday, September 8 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm we will be holding our third information session about our upcoming 200-hour Yoga Education Program. We invite you to come to the Garden to meet Pat, Scott, and program alumni for an informal discussion and question period.

Renovations at 967 College Street

Octopus Garden has begun extensive renovations in our new location at 967 College Street. It's exciting to watch the space, with its two yoga studios and six treatment rooms, take shape from the ground up. A lot of creativity and hard work is going into the development of this new space and we're very much looking forward to our grand opening on October 1st.

Mat Rental

Beginning September 8 we will be charging a nominal $2 rental fee to cover the costs of cleaning and maintaining studio yoga mats.
