Kick start your yoga practice to the next level and leave this retreat revitalized from the inside out! Our program of rejuvenation and detoxification is based on the eastern philosophy of enhancing the body's natural spring cleaning process. Each day will include a comprehensive program of challenging and restorative asana practices, meditation, pranayama, and whole food nutrition.

Nestled on the Mexican Caribbean coast, near the Mayan ruins of Tulum, the Sian Ka'an Center boasts a 1.3 million acre protected bio-reserve, with lush hiking trails and a secluded white sand beach. Plan your day around activities such as swimming the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, touring the Mayan ruins, snorkeling, receiving therapeutic bodywork, kayaking, and other eco-friendly pursuits. Replenish the body at mealtimes with the delicious and healthy locally-inspired cuisine at the resort restaurant.

The cost for the week is $1,790 (GST included), based on double occupancy, and includes accommodations, 3 gourmet meals and 2 yoga classes per day. The cost does not include air fare or ground transportation.
